Two concerts this week: Laruns on Wednesday, Oloron on Thursday

Two evenings in a row, two different atmospheres, and free entry every time. If you’re in the area this week, we look forward to seeing you.

Wednesday 26 August — Halle de Laruns

An evening as a duo, showcasing Yin Yang, our latest album — not forgetting a few tracks from our previous releases, the ones we love to revisit and that you’ve been asking for. All performed in their most stripped-back form: two voices, the instruments, and nothing to hide behind.

The Laruns Market Hall, in the heart of the village, offers just the right acoustics and shelter for this kind of performance. See you at 9 pm, just as the valley starts to cool down — do bring something to wrap up in.

Thursday 27 August — Parc Pommé, Oloron-Sainte-Marie

The following day, a change of scenery for the Quartiers d’été. Every summer, the town of Oloron takes the music from neighbourhood to neighbourhood, bringing it as close as possible to the locals — and it’s a format we’re particularly fond of.

We’ll be playing at dusk, under the trees, with the audience just a few metres away. The songs gain in intimacy what the stage loses in height. Starts at 8 pm.
