Cookie policy
Nothing is stored on your device without your consent. The site itself needs no tracker to work: every page, every text and every photo is shown whether you accept or not. The only thing we keep without asking is the memory of your answer, so that we do not put the question to you on every page.
Two families of trackers set by other companies do, however, await your decision: the video and audio players embedded in the pages, and the Meta pixel, which measures traffic and serves our advertising. They are presented separately below, and are accepted separately.
Until 2 September 2026, this site used no audience measurement and no advertising tracker. We would rather say so plainly than let you believe nothing has changed.
What third-party services store
Some pages show players provided by other companies. Once loaded, these players store their own trackers and receive your IP address, even if you never press play. The Meta pixel, for its part, is active on every page as soon as it is allowed. This is why we load neither of them without your consent.

Until you have allowed anything, these players are not loaded: a frame takes their place and offers to switch them on, one at a time or for the whole site. The Meta pixel is simply not placed at all: no request goes to Meta.
The Meta pixel, in detail
What it is for. It tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read - until now we had no idea how much traffic we had. It also lets us show our concert and release announcements again, on Facebook and Instagram, to people who have already been here.
What Meta receives. Your IP address, the address of the page viewed, the date, and an identifier stored on your device (the _fbp cookie). If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta may match this information with that account. We pass on neither your name, nor your e-mail address, nor the content of the messages you send us.
Where the data goes. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd processes this information in Ireland and transfers it to the United States, to its parent company. That transfer relies on the EU - US Data Privacy Framework, to which Meta is certified, together with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How to object. By refusing the “Audience measurement and advertising” category, here or in the banner. Your refusal takes effect at once and holds until you change it: nothing is sent. You can also act on Meta's side, in your account's ad preferences.
Your choice
Refusing is as easy as accepting: the two buttons sit side by side, the same size, in the same place. Refusing takes nothing away from the site: every page, every text, every photo stays available. Only the video and audio players do not appear, and we do not know that you came by.
The two categories are accepted separately. You can watch the videos without being followed by advertising, or the other way round.
Your decision is kept for six months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time:

What we keep ourselves
A record of your choice. Stored in your browser's local storage, under the name tm-consentement. It never travels: it is sent to no server, not even ours.
The messages you write to us. The form on the Contact page sends your message to our mailbox. It is stored nowhere else and is used only to reply to you.
Your newsletter subscription, if you ask for it. It is held by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), who host our list and send our letters. You first receive a confirmation e-mail: until you have clicked, nothing is recorded. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link.
A technical fingerprint, just long enough to keep abuse out. Both our forms send an e-mail each time they are used. So that nobody can turn them into a way of flooding an inbox, our server counts recent submissions. For that it keeps only a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and of the address entered - neither can be read back - along with the time. These counters live for two days at most, stay on our server, and serve no other purpose.
What we do not do
We sell no data. Apart from Meta, under the conditions described above and only if you have agreed to it, we pass nothing to anyone: no advertising network, no data broker, no commercial partner.
We do not cross-reference what the pixel does with the addresses on our mailing list. They are two separate files, held by two different providers, and we have neither the tool nor the intention to bring them together.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to contact@tidymess.fr. We reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
