TidyMess will be presenting their forthcoming album in Lons on 27 January 2024
On at 8.30 pm, TidyMess took to the stage at the Espace James Chambaud in Lons to perform songs from their forthcoming album.
Songs that hadn’t been released yet
It was a concert the duo had been eagerly anticipating: an opportunity to share tracks that nobody had heard before with the audience, and to gauge their reactions. “You’ll see, our music is evolving,” they announced at the time.
These songs would appear on Yin Yang in October 2025 - nearly two years later. The recording had only just been funded by the crowdfunding campaign that had ended two months earlier.
A one-off event
Seven musicians on stage, and the technical facilities that this venue allows: sound, lighting effects, a giant screen. A setup put together for that evening only.
Seated tickets had sold out well before the date; only the standing area remained. The review of the evening was published a week later.
